1. Our standard
KittyHub has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any conduct that endangers a child.
Users may not create, upload, request, share, promote, or facilitate content or behavior that exploits or abuses children. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, account termination, and reports to the appropriate authorities.
2. Age and platform purpose
KittyHub is intended only for people aged 18 or older. It helps adults communicate about cat adoption, temporary hosting, cat matchmaking, and care. It is not intended for children.
3. Reporting concerns
Users can report another user from that user’s profile or from the conversation menu. Cat listings can be reported from the listing details menu. Reports are private and are reviewed by the KittyHub team.
Anyone can also report a child-safety concern directly to abdelrahman.tarif10@gmail.com. Include enough information for us to identify the account or content, but do not email or redistribute illegal material.
4. Blocking and immediate protection
Users can block another user from their profile or conversation. Blocking is intended to stop further direct interaction while a concern is reviewed. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
5. Review and enforcement
We assess safety reports and take action appropriate to the risk. Actions may include preserving relevant records, removing content, limiting communication, suspending or terminating accounts, and preventing repeated abuse.
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or confirmed child exploitation, we take appropriate action and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority as required by applicable law.
6. Child-safety contact
Google Play and law-enforcement or child-safety organizations may contact KittyHub at abdelrahman.tarif10@gmail.com. This contact is monitored by the person responsible for KittyHub safety reports and enforcement.
