Use your account email
Send the request from the email linked to your KittyHub account whenever possible.

Clearly request deletion of the account and associated data, and include your display name if available.

We may request limited information to confirm account ownership. We will never ask for your password.

What happens next?
Data deleted
The account, profile, cats, favorites, swipes, matches, conversations, messages, notifications, blocks, ratings, and related data.
Limited retention
Safety reports, security or legal records, and limited backups may remain where necessary for protection or compliance.
Uploaded images
The request includes cleanup of account-linked Cloudinary images. Removal from limited provider backups may take additional time.
Faster option
Delete inside the app
If you can sign in: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirm the warning to remove the account and associated data. You do not need the app to submit the web request above.
